Roof Rescue Contest Rules

Overview: Roof Rescue (the “Contest”) allows individuals (“Participants”) to submit an online entry for a chance to win a new roof (the “Prize”).

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is needed to enter or win. Purchases do not increase chances of winning.

Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by Oberg Roofing & Remodeling Inc., a Minnesota corporation (the “Sponsor”). By entering, Participants agree to these Official Contest Rules (the “Rules”) and acknowledge the Sponsor’s decisions are final. The Contest is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited.

Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of Minnesota with a valid MN mailing address who are of majority age. The house submitted must:

• Be within 30 miles of Saint Cloud, MN.
• Be the Participant’s primary residence.
• Need a new roof not covered by insurance.
• Be owned by the Participant.
• Meet building code requirements for reroofing.
• Be a single-family home. All homeowners must agree to these Rules. Employees of the Sponsor and their families are not eligible.

Winner Selection: After the Entry Period, the Sponsor will review all eligible entries based on:

• Availability of insurance proceeds (entries with insurance coverage for the roof are ineligible).
• Urgency and condition of the roof.
• Participant’s financial need for a new roof.

The Sponsor will select three finalists (“Finalists”) from the eligible entries. Finalists will be announced about one month after the Entry Period ends. Instructions for claiming the Prize will be emailed to the Finalists. Participants must monitor their email for notifications.
